when I was fifteen,I was severely repugn by the web-comic community( called comic genesis) for bad art and lack of skill, it left me with a bitter taste of defeat and affected my motivation to draw an another comic again. For three years, I never finished any of my projects because the scars left inside. I tried severe times to learn the so called "arts and craft" of the professionals but, the task seemed daunting because of school work, laziness, and wounded pride inhibited me to learn from my past failures. Those a**holes in comic genesis told me to get a thicker skin, but they inflicted so much damage and misery that I never forget. Ever since I see manga, my heart burn with sheer hate because that's what my tormentors likes to draw. ( I''m developing my own drawing style)

How do I get myself together and commit myself to draw comics again?

p.s My old comics are in my computer, but I don't know how to browse it.
I don't have neither the resources, motivation, encouragement nor friends.
Also I'm not the guy with social skills and I'm a pessimistic guy

Just imagine what you will accomplish in the end and how good you will feel if you make yourself go through with it.

Copy the comics of other artists. Soon you will crave doing your own.

I’m sorry those people were jerks to you. It’s often like that on the internet: people either forget or don’t care that they are talking to a real person. I’ve encountered my share of iShitheads, too and so has anyone whose been on the net long enough, so you’re not alone.

You basically have to remind yourself that even if your artwork isn’t great, you didn’t deserve to be treated rudely.

Find other art communities and watch how they speak to each other. If it’s there are a lot of “edgy” members (assholes) and if the “rabble” get their heads ripped off for any mistakes, look elsewhere. Have you tried Deviantart? My experiences have always been pretty pleasant and I’m not “good” by any means. I’ve gotten constructive criticism as in ” Your lines should be darker” or “Your shading is a little off” but nothing scathing and inappropriate.

I’m sorry that happened to you…
People on the internet, though they seem to have no body, can still have hurtful words… But, y’know, right? Everybody are fools sometime… those people were fools to have scalded you rather than uplifted you. But, although you can’t change the past, and you can’t change people really, you can change how you feel about things.

Comics are supposed to be fun to draw, because it’s a medium that’s supposed to be the easiest to communicate with people. That’s why they are appealing to kids, or have been more associated with youth…

I watched the Curious Case of Benjamin Button yesterday, and I thought it was a good saying, what the piano lady said to Benjamin while teaching him piano… that’s it’s not about playing well, it’s about playing what you feel…

You are who you are, but you know, it’s never too late to start anew.
