I have to draw a stair case in one point perspective. The stair case looks like this:

I have to draw the perspective from the "inside", how do I do this?

Also, if I were to "face" the stairs, (as if I were going to go up them), how would I draw that view in 2pt?

Thank you very much for any assistance.

You would draw the farthest step narrower than the nearest one
use different shades of the same color for the horizontal surface and vertical surface.

look at the picture or some other staircase and draw exactly what you see.

and by exactly, i mean EXACTLY. do not draw what you THINK you see, but what is actually there, even if it seems wrong. put a line where every line is in the model you are looking at.

if it ends up looking wrong, then you are messing up somewhere and you need to rethink what you are doing.

for the other perspective, do the exact same thing with an actual staircase.
